U-Bahn

U7 Station Adenauerplatz From there about 300 m walk east to Olivaer Platz. Xantener Straße 11 is located at the confluence with Konstanzer Straße. The Xantener Straße is the southern parallel road to the Kurfürstendamm.

Autobahn

A100 exit Kurfürstendamm Kurfüstendamm to Adenauerplatz (direction east). At Adenauerplatz turn right into Brandenburgische Straße. After 50 m turn left into Xantener Straße. After 200 m you will find on the right the number 11.
